Eligible W-2 employees (18+) can participate in the 401(k) after 3 months of service. Once eligible, employees are auto-enrolled at a default contribution rate of 3%. Your contribution rate can be changed at any time.

Our 401(k) can be a great tool to supercharge your retirement plan. MPA matches your contributions at 100% of the first 1% and 50% of the next 5%. The MPA match is vested, subject to plan provisions, after 1 year of service.
